- Existing tickets remain valid unless otherwise stated.

7. Event Organizer Responsibility
Ticketup is a technology platform that helps organizers manage registrations and ticket sales. The organizer is solely responsible for:
- Event scheduling
- Event cancellation
- Event postponement
- Refund approval
- Event execution
Ticketup cannot guarantee refunds without organizer authorization.
8. Payment & Processing Fees
Platform convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by the organizer.
9. Ticket Transfers
If ticket transfer is enabled by the organizer:
- Tickets may be transferred through the Ticketup platform.
- Once accepted, ownership transfers to the recipient.
- Refund eligibility remains with the original purchaser unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
